Financial Assistance Requests

You will need to complete the online application form ensuring you include your fiscal number and the microchip number of your animal.

You will need to select the veterinary clinic you wish to use from our list of approved clinics. 

Approximately 48 hours after the form has been submitted you will receive a response advising you if your request has been allowed and an email will be sent to your chosen vet with authorisation.

The vet will only be able to use Nandi funds for the costs authorised and for the animal detailed in the authorisation.

You will be responsible for paying additional costs directly to the veterinary clinic.

Nandi will not pay for any costs associated with the following:

• We will not pay for microchips
• We will not pay for any dental costs
• We will not pay for vaccinations, worming or flea treatments
• We will not pay for ongoing chronic or terminal conditions

In the event of an emergency, go directly to the Nandi approved vet and they will liaise with Nandi directly for authorisation once the online form has been completed.
